PLACING AN ORDER
We accept cards– Credit or Debit – and pay through our payment gateway. Or you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (only available in India) option at an additional Rs.200. We also accept UPI & PayPal. If, for some reason, your payment doesn’t go through, please write to us and we’ll help with alternative modes of payment.
We get really bummed when you are not happy with your order, and we offer you two options to make sure you’re satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, you have 7 days to request a replacement. To start the process, email us at hello@oonth.in with your order number, and pictures of the issue. The cost of the courier (including the original packaging) sent to us will be borne by you. The cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. For all canceled orders, your refund will be processed through the mode of original payment within 7-10 working days.
We work on a made-to-order model, to avoid straining our limited resources. Most of our pieces are dispatched within 2-5 days of placing the order.
Of course. All orders go out in cotton pouches and keepsake boxes if the order amount is above INR 5000, and a ring pouch for orders less than 5k. Both of these options are perfect for gifting. Simply fill out the notes section at the checkout page stating that you’d like the order to be a gift, and we will not put an invoice with it. You can even request a short note to go along with it, just type down the message in the notes section, and you are good to go.

OUR PRODUCTS
All our pieces are handcrafted with a lot of love in India.
All our pieces are handmade by a trained set of artisans, based across the country. Each piece goes through multiple sets of hands, each bearing expertise in different techniques, from sawing, engraving, chiseling, and casting. Our colored pieces are all hand-painted by skilled enamellers and painters.
Because they are handmade, each piece is one of a kind; no two pieces are the same.
Our pieces are made in 925 Silver, the remaining 7.5 is either Cadmium or Copper, depending on the piece and how malleable we want it to be. The gold plated pieces are plated in 24k gold. We also use an array of semi-precious and precious gemstones including sapphires, rubies, emeralds,lapis lazuli, and malachite among others. You can find specifics for each piece on its product page.
Silver jewelry is designed to be worn day in and day out for years to come, not stay locked in safes. But like most things in life, it needs a little love and care. The more you wear silver, the less it tarnishes. Having said that, we understand it’s not possible to wear all your silver all the time, so it will tarnish over time. Some tarnishing and scratches are perfectly normal, there are some easy ways to keep your pieces as pristine as the day they were made.
Wearing: You can wear silver every day, even while taking a shower. But please keep your pieces away from perfumes, and lotions.
Storing: Keeping your pieces in an airtight container is key when they are not being used. All our orders come in ziploc pouches that aid longevity. It makes sure the pieces are stored away from moisture which is a major reason for tarnishing.
Cleaning: Every couple of months, you can opt to gently clean your pieces. We especially recommend using Colgate tooth powder and some cotton cloth to work its magic on silver, a gentle rub is all you need.
All our pieces are handcrafted with love and undergo a rigorous quality control check before they are dispatched to their new homes. If your piece is a little dented upon delivery, you have 7 days to request a replacement. If it breaks as time goes on, you can email us at hello@oonth.in with your order number and a picture. While we don’t cover customer negligence, we’d love to see what we can do if there is a manufacturing defect.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above INR 2000. For orders less than that, domestic shipping is Rs.100.
Delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you’d like your order delivery expedited, please email us at hello@oonth.in and we’ll try to send your pieces out on a quicker camel.
We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
Our pieces are made to last so the chances of breakage while shipping are slim. However, if you feel you have received a damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can look into it and send you a replacement.

Our international shipping fee is an additional 30 USD flat. However, we offer free shipping for all international orders above 300 USD.
Some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearance fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

If there are any manufacturing defects, please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can get a new piece to you. As with domestic orders, costs of shipping the order back to us will be borne by you. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us.
