Orders & Customisation

Do you keep ready stock?

All our pieces are made to order. This helps us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and stay true to slow craft.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Since we start making your piece as soon as your order is placed, cancellations or changes to style, size, or shipping address aren’t possible.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are only possible if you receive a damaged product or a different product than what you ordered. Please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.

Can you customise size or length?

Yes. We offer size customisation and minor length adjustments. Please enter your measurements in the Size Customisation box on the product page when ordering.

Do you take custom design orders?

We offer size and length customisation, but currently do not accept fully bespoke designs.

Do you offer custom gifts or bulk orders?

Yes. We’re happy to help with bulk orders, wedding favours, or corporate gifting. Please email us at hello@oonth.in with your idea, quantity, and timeline.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders can take around 3–4 weeks to deliver. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid.

My parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@oonth.in or DM us within 24 hours so we can check with our courier partner.

Can you expedite my order?

Yes, whenever possible. Please write to us at hello@oonth.in if you have a special date or request.

Shipping

Where are your products made?

All our jewellery and textiles are handcrafted in India by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and natural materials.

What materials do you use?

We work mainly with 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold, 24K gold plating, natural semi-precious stones, handwoven textiles, and natural dyes.

Are your pieces hallmarked?

Yes. All our silver and gold pieces carry standard purity markings wherever applicable.

Will the gold plating wear off?

With time and wear, some fading is natural. To extend its life, keep pieces dry, avoid perfumes and lotions, and store separately.

Will there be slight variations in the product?

Yes — every piece is handcrafted. Subtle variations in weave, dye, or finish are part of its unique character, not defects.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

As we work in small batches, some designs may not return. If you love something that’s sold out, please write to us — we’ll try our best.

Care

How do I care for my jewellery?

  • Silver: Gently clean with Colgate tooth powder or a silver polishing cloth.
  • Gold plated: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
  • Solid gold: Wash gently with mild soap and water; dry thoroughly.
  • Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box.

How do I care for textiles?

  • Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Dry in shade.
  • Iron on the reverse side.
  • Avoid soaking, bleach, and harsh chemicals.
