Refund policy
All our pieces are made to order, crafted slowly and mindfully for you. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the rare case that:
- The product you receive is damaged in transit, or
- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
If this happens:
- Please email us at hello@oonth.in with clear photos of the product and outer packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange of the same product.
- We do not offer refunds.
Size & Customisation
- Size exchanges are not available, as each piece is made to your order.
- We do offer size customisation and minor length adjustments — you can enter your measurements in the “Size Customisation” box on each product page when placing your order.
- Once an order is placed, changes to style, size, or shipping address cannot be made.
Additional notes
- If your parcel tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We won’t be able to escalate with our shipping partner after this window.
- All emails and direct messages (DMs) are answered within 24-72 hours.
- As each product is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of its character and not considered defects.
